Do we need a host?
No, the phones run the game: they deal roles, run the night, announce the morning and count the votes.
How many players do we need, and how many phones?
From 5 to 20 players. Everyone can use their own phone, or pass a single phone around the circle (“One phone” mode).
Do I need the internet?
No: play on one phone, or over Wi‑Fi or a hotspot. The internet is only needed for rooms by code from afar, the quick online game and the AI narrator.
What if the host leaves the online game?
The game does not end: another player’s phone takes over the table, everyone reconnects, and a bot takes the place of whoever left.
Is it safe to play with strangers?
Online there is no free chat — only ready-made phrases — and players appear under nicknames. Every player can be reported or blocked.
Is it free?
Yes. Everything is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. There is no sign-in either.
How do I delete my data?
Data stored on your phone is deleted with the app. If you signed in, delete the account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the page sudarev.app/en/delete-account.
