Where are my entries stored?
Only on this phone. Lose the phone without a backup and you lose the entries.
How does backup work?
It is encrypted on your phone, and the server stores data nobody can read without your recovery code. On a new phone, get everything back with the code.
What if I lose my recovery code?
Without the code the backup can’t be restored, and nobody can recover the code. Write it down and keep it away from your phone.
How accurate is the forecast?
After 2–3 logged cycles the forecast uses your history. It is a guide, not birth control or a diagnosis.
What shows on the lock screen?
Reminder texts are neutral, like “Check your calendar”.
Why a PIN?
Your data is encrypted anyway. A PIN helps if others use your phone.
Does the app replace a doctor?
No. It is general information and does not replace medical advice.
Is it free?
Yes. Everything is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
How do I delete my data?
Data stored on your phone is deleted with the app. If you signed in, delete the account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the page sudarev.app/en/delete-account.
