Cycle’s forecasts are a guide, not birth control or a diagnosis. The app does not replace medical advice.
- Your goal (track your cycle, trying to conceive, avoiding pregnancy) shapes the home screen and tips — change it any time.
- Once 2–3 cycles are logged, the forecast uses your history.
- Neutral reminders like “Check your calendar” — nobody can tell anything from your lock screen.
- PIN lock.
- Optional backup is encrypted on your phone: the server only stores data nobody can read without your code.
How it works
- Choose a goal: track your cycle, plan a pregnancy or avoid one. The goal shapes the home screen and tips.
- Mark period days and how you feel in the calendar — it takes a couple of seconds.
- After 2–3 cycles the period and ovulation forecast adapts to your history.
- Set a PIN and, if you like, an encrypted backup.
