Terms of use

Updated: 2026-11-06. These terms apply to sudarev.app and to every Sudarev game and app.

Use

Sudarev games and apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. By installing or opening them you accept these terms. For apps from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Optional account

You can play without signing in. An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is only needed for online play, leaderboards and moving progress. You can delete the account in the game: Settings → Account → “Delete account”, or without the app on the data deletion page.

Online conduct

Do not use offensive nicknames or messages, cheats, bots or exploits. We may restrict or delete an account that harms other players.

Purchases

In-app purchases go only through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including refunds. You can get your purchases back with “Restore purchases”. In-game currency and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Rights

The games, art, music, texts and names belong to the author or are used under licence. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the apps except where the law expressly allows it.

No warranty

We work to keep everything running, but the apps are provided “as is”. Online features may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. By continuing to use the apps you accept the updated terms.
