Privacy policy

Updated: 2026-11-01. Applies to the website sudarev.app (including game subdomains such as game.sudarev.app), the forum sudarev.app/forum, the Spark assistant and all Sudarev apps.

The short version

• Our games and apps contain no ads and no advertising trackers.
• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
• Game progress and settings are stored on your device. Only what online features need is sent to a server — described below for each app.

Website sudarev.app

• The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Visits are counted with Plausible (plausible.io) — no cookies and no personal data: only visit counts, pages, country and device type are seen; individual visitors are not tracked or identified. The data is not sold or used for ads.
• The site keeps only the following in your browser storage (localStorage):
  • your chosen language and color theme, so we do not ask again;
  • your game request draft (the “Request a game” page): type, title, idea, rules, screens, example links, platforms, genre and links to images you already added. The draft keeps your text safe if you reload the page or sign in. It stays only in this browser and is not sent to the server until you press “Send request”. Exceptions you trigger yourself: the Spark help button sends the idea text to the server for AI processing (not stored), and an image you add is uploaded right away to private storage, visible only to you until the request is sent.
  The draft is removed automatically after you send the request. You can remove it earlier with the “Delete draft” button on the new request page — it erases only the draft, not your language, theme or sign-in. You can erase everything at once in your browser settings (clear site data for sudarev.app).
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To protect against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data (IP address, browser) and does not share it with us for advertising.

Forum sudarev.app/forum

• You can read the forum without signing in. To post, sign in with Google or Apple (your choice) and pick a nickname. We receive your account ID and email address from Google or Apple (Apple may replace it with a private relay address). Your email is not shown to other members.
• The forum and its database run on Cloudflare (D1). A cookie is used only to keep you signed in.
• Your posts, wishes and votes are public — do not post personal data.
• When a topic or reply awaits review, the administrator gets a Telegram notification with the author's nickname and the topic title. Users do not need Telegram.
• The forum is for ages 13+.
• You can delete your account in your forum profile or as described on the data deletion page. Your posts stay without an author.

Reviews on game pages

• No account is needed to post a review. We store the name you enter, your rating and text, the language, the time and a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) to prevent spam.
• The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Review text is first checked by an AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI; a person makes the final decision. Only approved reviews are shown publicly.

Spark (assistant)

• Spark is an AI (a model on Cloudflare Workers AI), not a person. It answers using this site's data and may be wrong.
• We do not store chat text — only counters (number of questions, topic). Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before a question is processed. Cloudflare Turnstile and a one-way IP hash are used to prevent abuse.
• Spark is for ages 13+.

Game requests sudarev.app/requests

• Anyone can browse the request board without signing in. To request a game, vote, comment or subscribe to a release, sign in with Google or Apple (the same account as the forum). You can also sign in with a QR code: a phone where you are already signed in confirms the sign-in on a computer.
• What we store: the request text (title, idea, rules, screens, platforms, genre), attached images, example links, your votes and super votes, comments, “Notify me on release” subscriptions and the time of each action. To prevent spam: a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) and rate-limit counters. For QR sign-in: only hashes of the one-time code, the browser type and country; the code expires after 3 minutes.
• Publicly visible (after review by the administrator): the request, its images, the author's nickname, the vote count and comments with nicknames. Example links, your email and any rejection reason are visible only to you and the administrator. Requests under review and rejected requests are not published.
• Request and comment text is checked by an AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI (spam, abuse, 18+), and the “Spark, write the spec” button sends your idea to the same model to draft a spec and find similar games. A person makes the final decision about publishing. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Images are kept in private Cloudflare R2 storage.
• If you subscribe to a release, we may send one email to your Google or Apple account address when the game comes out. You can unsubscribe on the request page.
• Game requests are for ages 13+. A request is an idea, not a contract: games stay free, with no ads and no purchases.
• Deletion: when you delete your account (forum profile or the data deletion page), your votes, subscriptions and QR sign-ins are deleted, and your requests and comments stay without an author. To delete the requests, images or comments themselves, email [email protected].

Sudarev app (Android, iOS)

• The app shows the game catalog, news, the forum and game requests from sudarev.app, and opens the Spark assistant. It works without an account; there are no ads, analytics, advertising ID or trackers.
• The phone stores your language, theme, the games you want to hear about, and forum authors you have hidden.
• Signing in is optional and goes through the sudarev.app page (Google or Apple), the same account as on the forum. After sign-in the app keeps a session token in the phone's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain); the server stores only its hash. A session lasts 90 days; signing out deletes it.
• The camera turns on only when you tap to scan a sign-in QR code shown on a computer. Images are not saved or sent anywhere.
• Messages to Spark are processed as described in the Spark section.
• You can delete your account right in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the data deletion page.

ASCEND

• Workouts, history and settings are stored on your device.
• AI coach (only if you use it): the app creates an anonymous account with no name or email and sends your request text, fitness level, equipment, duration and language to our server. The server passes them to an AI service to build the workout.

BlastMaze

• The campaign and Wi‑Fi games work without internet; progress is stored on your device.
• Online battles use a guest account: a random ID and a nickname. The server only stores the nickname and the number of games and wins.
• You can change your nickname and delete the account in the game.

Quadrafall

• The game is free, with no ads and no purchases.
• There are no accounts.
• Online play uses an anonymous guest ID and a nickname. They are sent to our server quadrafall-api.sudarev.app (Cloudflare) only for rooms, matchmaking and rating.
• Bluetooth is used only for local duels.
• There is no analytics.
• Crash reports are off by default and are stored locally on your device.
• No data is shared with third parties.
• Contact: via sudarev.app.

Launch notifications by email

• On a game page you can leave your email to hear when the game comes out. If you are signed in with Google or Apple, your account email is used (it is already verified). Otherwise you first get a confirmation email (double opt-in): unless you press its button, we will not write again.
• What we store: the email address, the game, the language, the time of subscription and confirmation, an irreversible hash of the IP address and rate-limit counters (abuse protection; the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Why: only to send one email when that game is out. No newsletters or ads; the address is never shared or sold. Emails are sent through Cloudflare’s email service.
• Unsubscribe with the link in any email (including “stop all Sudarev emails”): the address is removed from the subscription at once. Sent email texts and addresses in the sending log are erased after 30 days. Account subscriptions are deleted with the account.

Donations

If you donate, the payment is handled by an external payment service (NOWPayments or Binance Pay, when that method is enabled) under its own terms. We never receive your wallet or card details. We store only the amount, the payment status and — if you provide it — a name for the thank-you wall, shown only with your consent and after review.

Error reports

Legendstrike, Bladecourt, Stickman Archer, Stick Sniper, Lanternblade, Contagia, Winter Kitchen, Sudarev OS (iPhone and Mac), Bog (iPhone and Mac), Shtorka and the LAB server send crash and freeze reports by default. They go to Sentry: the app version, device model, system version and where in the code the error happened. Reports do not include your name, email, nickname or the contents of tasks or saves, and they are not used for advertising. You can turn this off in the app settings: “Send error reports”. Quadrafall is different: its crash reports stay off and on the device.

Services we use

• Cloudflare — hosting for the site and game subdomains, D1 database (forum, reviews, game requests, launch notifications), email sending, R2 storage (request images), Workers AI (Spark, review and request moderation), Turnstile (bot protection).
• Sentry — technical crash reports only, for the apps in “Error reports”, and only while sending is left on in settings.
• Google and Apple — sign-in for the forum and game requests, only if you choose it.
• iCloud Mail (Apple) — the support mailbox [email protected].
• Telegram — only moderation notifications to the administrator.
• Supabase — accounts and online play in some games; AI services in some apps (for example, the ASCEND AI coach). Details are in each game's policy.
• NOWPayments and Binance Pay — only if you donate.

Age

Games are 4+; Dice Poker (Kosti) and Rasklad are rated higher (gambling-like elements); the forum, game requests and the Spark assistant (Iskra) are 13+. The exact age rating of each game is shown on the App Store and Google Play. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. How to delete a forum account, a review or a game account is explained on the data deletion page. Or email [email protected] — we will reply and complete your request within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
