Privacy Policy

Folio · Developer and operator: Sudarev Daniil · Last updated: October 28, 2026

Folio is a free app for documents, spreadsheets, slides and PDF without ads or purchases. Every file is opened, edited and saved on your device: the app has no server and no accounts, and documents are never uploaded.

1. Files

The app sees only the files you open yourself through Files, Share or the file picker. Saved documents stay in the app folder or wherever you save them.

2. Camera and photos

The camera turns on only when you scan a document yourself. Text recognition (OCR) runs on the device with built-in Apple and Google ML Kit tools — images are never sent anywhere.

3. No internet, ads or tracking

The app works offline. The app has no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, trackers, in-app purchases or third-party SDKs that collect data, and does not use the advertising ID.

4. Data on your device

Your settings, progress and statistics are stored only on your phone. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

5. Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

6. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page. Contact: [email protected].
